2018 Loras All-Sports Camp Tuition


Resident Camper: The cost of the camp is $635.00 per camper for each session. This includes cost of instruction, T-shirt, camp picture, awards, meals and room while staying on campus. The cost for a second child is $615.00 for each session. This discount is vailable only to the immediate family.

 

Day Camper: For day campers, the cost is $465.00 for each session which includes the cost for instruction, T-shirt, camp picture, awards and two meals per day (lunch and dinner). The cost for a second child is $440.00 each session. Again, this discount is available only to the immediate family.

 

Extra Fees: Additional fees will be added to the enrollment cost for participation in sports specified on the sports page.

DEPOSIT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Deposits: A $175 deposit must accompany the application, with the balance due for May 1.  If full payment is not received within 10 days after the due date, a late fee of $25 will be assessed and the application will be placed on the waiting list for that session. For cancellations prior to April 15, 2018, the total fee, less a $50 processing fee is refundable. For cancellations after April 15, the $175 Registration Deposit is forfeited. If cancellations occur within 3 weeks prior to session start date the entire tuition, including deposit, will be forfeited.   

The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior affects his/her ability to participate or is detrimental to the members of the camp. No refund will be made for absences, dismissals or withdrawals before the end of the session. In cases of withdrawal during camp based on doctor’s orders, remaining tuition may be refunded less a $175 processing fee. Bus fees are not reimbursed for any reason.

Medical Refunds: Cancellations due to medical reasons must be verified in writing by the attending physician.  Tuition (less $175 processing fee) will be issued upon receipt of physician verification.  Medical cancellations must be verified within 30 days of cancellation to receive full refund (less $175 processing fee).  After 30 days, only half tuition will be refunded (less $175 processing fee).  We are sorry, but bus fees are not reimbursed for medical reasons.

 

Program Cancellation: Where health and safety are at issue, at the discretion of the Camp Director, programs and activities may be cancelled or postponed at any time due to inclement weather or other unanticipated circumstances of a serious matter as they arise with no refund provided.
 

Leaving Camp during the Day: Resident campers that leave the camp are not eligible to return to camp and will not be issued a refund for camp days not attended.   Day campers are not able to return until the following day of camp.
